Hello, I’m the owner and creator of Deep South Wreath Shop. My wreath-making adventure began very recently. I’ve worked full-time in the business world my whole life and enjoyed crafting and creating in my spare time, as a sort of therapy. The recent loss of my Sister drove me to seek out a place in my own mind that was calm and the world couldn’t get in. Creative wreath therapy is the best medicine!

That’s how my wreath-making began. After practicing and expanding my skills, and at the urging of friends and family, I decided to make it a business. So, here I am; still working full-time at a job I love and working on my own, creatively, for something I love and hope to continue building. Well, I’m gonna blame my Mama for that…she always did say I was sassy!

I’m born and raised here in New Orleans and I have proud Cajun roots. That means that I speak my mind, maybe too much sometimes! I want to share with you my love of wreaths and home decor with a little southern flair. I hope to do that with my designs. We all need some fun and sparkle in our lives, don’t we? Well, I want to make that happen for your front door. I think your door should say something about your home and make you and your guests smile. So, say it with a bow or a beautiful wreath!
